Invoice edition

Invoice edition is systematic at the end of each civil month for unpaid stays exceeding 28 days

If the end of the civil month arrives without the stay accumulating 28 days, a global invoice will be issued the following month.

The edition of the annual subscription invoice implies payment that must be made within the first 28 days following the start date of the reservation, and it must cover the exact duration of one year (from Day/Month/Year to Day/Month/Year+1).

Reservation

The reservation is valid from the moment it is signed and cannot exceed a duration of one year from its start date.

Surcharge / Reduction

  • Any payment made for a reservation before the invoice is issued is considered an advance payment.
  • Any payment made after the invoice is issued is considered a late payment.
  • Each calendar month paid in advance gives the right to a 1% reduction on the initial amount, cumulative by calendar month from the first month of the reservation, however, this cumulative total cannot exceed 12% (the equivalent of 12 months).
  • Each invoice issued before payment will be increased by 2% on the initial amount.
  • The annual subscription gives the right to the application of the basic pricing to all months of the year.
  • For each consecutive year of annual subscription accumulated, a 2% reduction is granted on the next subscription, within the limit of the 12% ceiling. This accumulation is reset in case of interruption of the annual billing sequence.
  • The stay at the reception pontoon or departure pontoon is increased by 200%. (total of 300%)
